The dark green areas are designated wilderness like the Bob Marshall

The dark brown areas are inventoried roadless areas that are recommended by the Flathead NF for wilderness.

The light brown areas are inventoried roadless areas.  The light brown with diagonal stripes in the North Fork will be recommended for wilderness in the new forest plan unless we can persuade the FNF otherwise. 

The light blue areas are National Forest non-roadless areas where roads are allowed.
