The Omnibus Federal Lands bill

Originally called and passed in the House as Revolutionary War and War of 1812 Battlefield Protection Act

NO HEARING

One of the largest land grabs in history.
The National Landscape Conservation
System (NLCS),  which is just one bill in this 150 bill package, covers 26 million acres and will lock you out of BLM
multiple-use, energy lands, national monuments and Wild and Scenic Rivers.
Grazing, mining, forestry and many other uses will be greatly affected.

S22 will add dozens of new National Heritage Areas and Wilderness Areas that
will eventually be a land use control network strangling hundreds of
thousands of local people and rural America.

Passed the Senate but Failed in the House.

Senate then gutted a revolutionary war battlefields bill, HR 146, put all of the content of S.22 in its place and sent to House for passage as an amended bill.  This fraud is intended to overcome House resistance to this bad bill.
