Forest Plan Revision

MFMU FILES INJUNCTION

At last our injunction to stop the implementation of Forest Plan Amendments that were adopted after the plan expired has been filed.  If the judge agrees to enjoin these amendments, then forest road closures and road rip  will cease.  Enforcement of the OHV and snowmobile closures should be terminated and the Lynx regulations will not be implemented.  However all of these actions could all be re-implemented in a new forest plan, which is why public involvement in the planning process is so IMPORTANT
