There is not much change in wilderness in this quadrant.  The darker purple is recommended wilderness.  Notice that all of the lighter purple recommended wilderness was replaced by either wildlands or non-motorized categories of management.  This is an improvement (see NE Quad) although actual management practice will be similar. 

There is now only one category of general forest.  This is also good because it gives KNF more flexibility.   Yet, it appears that general forest is losing out to backcounty.  Notice the new backcountry areas north and Southwest of Noxon.
