The main difference in this area will be the closure of ½ mile of Hornet LO Rd 9805 beyond the Hornet LO trailhead.  This effectively closes the currently open road to upper Teepee Creek in the adjoining Grizzly Bear Subunit even though that road does not need to be closed for grizzly security.

In order to determine which roads will be ripped you must carefully compare the maps to see which roads are  changed to "historic" in the proposed action.  This is unnecessarily difficult.  It is hard to understand why they would key the map this way unless they wanted to de-emphasize the ripped roads.
